Understanding the Challenge: More Data, Less Action In the first part of this series, we examined why so many leaders in cardiovascular programs find themselves treading water by oceans of data. The issue is not a lack of information. On the contrary, most programs are inundated with dashboards, reports and analytics support. The real challenge emerges after the data is reviewed.
